Join us for every home match with $5 Sockeye Striker drafts before and during the game, plus a halftime raffle with great prizes. With big screens, full sound, and a lively crowd of local fans, the Brew House is the perfect place to pregame or settle in for all 90 minutes.

Kentucky Derby night at Belmont isn’t a quiet dinner… it’s one of those nights where you grab a drink, settle in, and end up talking with people you didn’t come with. A little loud, a little chaotic, and a lot of fun. 🐎🥃

I’ll be running a 4-course pairing alongside it, built around some Derby-inspired dishes I’ve been working on (and reworking). Each course is paired with a beer meant to bring it all together.

Menu is shaping up to include: Pea & mint salad Bourbon honey cornbread bites Hot brown turkey sliders Strawberry shortcake

There’s also a possible bonus in the works… a mint julep with a cider or malt base. If I can get it right, it might make an appearance.

Not formal, no pressure… just good food, good beer, and a shared experience.
