Mother Earth Brew Co. is joining us to co-host a cozy evening of fall flavors and exceptional beer.

Together, we’ve selected four Mother Earth beers to complement our seasonal menu. The lineup will include a few familiar favorites alongside one or two special releases that are rarely available—making this a unique opportunity to taste beers you may not ordinarily find on tap or together in one pairing.

We’ll reveal the complete beer lineup closer to the event. During the dinner, you’ll also hear more about each beer and why it was selected for its course.

First Course: Roasted Pumpkin & Apple Bisque Roasted pumpkin and tart apple blended with sage and thyme, finished with crème fraîche and maple-salted pepitas.

Second Course: French Onion Soup Caramelized onions in a rich broth, topped with three different melted cheeses.

Third Course: Smoked Sausage & Beer-Cheese Stew Smoked sausage, Yukon Gold potatoes and sweet corn in a rich cheddar-beer broth, topped with crunchy pretzel croutons.

Fourth Course: Maple Pear & Cranberry Crisp Baked pears and tart cranberries finished with maple and a crisp oat topping.

Tickets are $42 per person, and seating is limited to just 25 guests. Preregistration and prepayment are required.

When paying, change the payment amount to match the number of tickets you need: $42 for one guest, $84 for two, $126 for three or $168 for four.
